Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
- 10 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with focus on sales/marketing or sales leadership preferred.
- Experience leading teams, projects, or business initiatives within sales, sales leadership, training, marketing, or commercial operations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Experience translating business objectives into actionable plans and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the business review process with Sales Leadership to drive performance improvements.
- Partner with Analytics to establish a single source of truth for sales reporting and dashboards.
- Monitor trends, identify risks/opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive adoption of performance measurement tools to enable data-driven decisions across sales.
