Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Operations to partner with US Sales leadership, drive performance analytics, and optimize field execution. You will lead cross-functional programs, align incentives, and execute strategic initiatives to boost commercial outcomes in the US market.

Reporting to the VP, US Sales, this role focuses on governance, process optimization, and high-impact field support across national programs and field-facing events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field.
• 10 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with emphasis on sales and/or marketing.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or business initiatives within sales, sales leadership, training, marketing, or commercial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Experience translating business objectives into actionable plans and operational execution.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business review process with Sales Leadership to drive performance improvement.
• Partner with Analytics to establish a single source of truth for sales reporting and KPIs.
• Monitor trends, identify risks/opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of performance tools enabling data-driven decisions across sales teams.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes and reducing admin burden.
• Manage sales operations tools, processes, and governance to support commercial objectives.
• Coordinate field initiatives and establish ownership, timelines, and success measures.
• Support national meetings, POAs, ACMs, and field-facing programs with Planning and execution.
