Ladders is seeking a US Regional Quality Systems Manager- Growth Sites to lead the development and sustainment of quality management systems across new manufacturing sites in the United States.

You will partner with site leaders to establish regional governance, define KPI-driven quality practices, and drive global quality initiatives for start-up and early-stage operations, with remote-work flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or an analytical discipline required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant Quality Systems and manufacturing experience.
• 5 years of management experience in a heavily matrixed environment.
• Experience implementing start-up Quality Management Systems.
• Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, high-mix industries.

For our client, we are seeking a US Regional Quality Systems Manager- Growth Sites to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead the development and sustainment of quality management systems for new and emerging manufacturing sites across the U.S. You will establish regional governance, define quality KPIs, and help ensure consistent quality practices across greenfield and early-stage operations. The position also partners closely with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive global quality initiatives, resolve systemic compliance issues, and build strong local quality capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,500 – $207,900 annually
