Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Regional Senior Marketing Manager for the US region, primarily remote within the United States. You will own regional marketing strategy and execution to generate leads and build a strong pipeline, collaborating with Sales, Global Marketing, and business leaders to drive events and programs that elevate the Unisys brand.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, including lead management from events, regional branding, and demand generation across the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic and tactical B2B marketing or sales.
• Experience in field marketing, events, and/or demand generation in a technology or services environment.
• Proven track record building programs and events that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience managing people or leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional demand generation and event programs (global and local) to capture, develop, and convert leads and report on their impact to pipeline and revenue.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of leads from regional programs and events, including nurture and sales engagement.
• Localize and execute global event motions for the US, ensuring regional relevance and buyer needs.
• Provide regional input on brand development and positioning driven by global teams.
• Drive planning, budgeting, tracking, and ROI reporting for the US region.
