Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, investment banking or asset management.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Argus is a plus).
- Proficiency in / willingness to adopt AI tools.
- Strong interest in the real estate debt and private equity industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling.
- Conceptual, technical, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive self-starter mindset with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Screen investment opportunities and underwrite deals.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and investment memoranda.
- Evaluate market data and distill information for decisions.
- Support portfolio asset management and internal reporting.
- Influence business plan decisions for the equity portfolio.
