Radiologic technologists are medical personnel who perform imaging procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of patients in a professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:*** Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff in a fast-paced setting* Maintain a high standard of safety, compliance, and patient satisfaction* Responsible for a correctively positioning patients and ensuring that a quality radiographic image is produced* Works closely with radiologists and physicians who interpret images to either diagnose or rule out disease or injury* Demonstrates professional role requirements related to communication with peers and supervisor and flexibility during unexpected work-related events* Maintains on going- plan for personal growth and self-development **Required Qualifications:*** High School Diploma/GED* Graduate of an accredited Radiology program* Oregon state license (OBMI)* American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)* Basic Life Support (BLS) **Preferred Qualifications:*** 1 year experience in pediatric/orthopedic radiologyCompensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
