Resilience is building a US-focused product surface as a hybrid Product Builder, owning problems from discovery to delivery and shipping solutions that directly impact patient care.

You will manage the US backlog, design end-to-end experiences in Figma, and align workflows with US EHRs, CMS billing, and payer expectations. This is a founding role, with AI-driven research and collaboration with engineers and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hybrid experience in Product Management and/or Product Design with strong ownership mindset.
• Expertise in the US healthcare system: CMS reimbursement and care billing mechanics.
• Mastery of EHR integrations (Epic, OncoEMR, Cerner; HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR).
• Excellence in Figma: advanced components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping.
• Bilingual English is required for US team interactions (French a plus).
• AI fluency: use AI to multiply impact daily (research, design variations, docs).

Responsibilities

• Manage the US backlog with clinical and commercial teams and write clear product briefs with problem, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Design end-to-end experiences from macro-architecture to micro-interactions in Figma and contribute to the Design System.
• Adapt the product to the US: design workflows for EHRs, billing rules, and CMS requirements.
• Lead discovery by interviewing US patients, navigators, and physicians to shape the roadmap.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation quality and sprint smoothness.
• Be an AI-augmented builder to accelerate research and documentation.
