Job summary

Goodbill, Inc. is seeking a Product Design Lead to own end-to-end design for enterprise workflows and consumer experiences. You will transform a nascent Figma library into a scalable design system while collaborating closely with our CTO and CEO to raise the bar across all product surfaces.

You will design for AI-native experiences, ship to production using AI-assisted tools, and help shape Goodbill's evolving brand and design function within a fast-moving team of engineers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own product design end-to-end. From discovery through wireframes to production.
• Build the design system from the nascent library into a scalable system.
• Design for AI-native experiences and new patterns enabled by AI.
• Ship to production using AI-assisted tools (Devin, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
• Shape brand and positioning with a sharper, intentional expression.
• Partner deeply with engineering, operations, and leadership; collaborate with CTO/CEO.
