VisaNurse in the United States is seeking Occupational Therapists for permanent, full-time opportunities across hospitals, rehab centers, outpatient clinics, SNFs, home health agencies, and schools. As an OT, you will help patients regain independence, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, and document progress in care plans.

We provide guidance through licensure and TN visa processes, plus relocation and sign-on support.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Canadian Occupational Therapist registration/licensure.
• Eligible for (or willing to obtain) U.S. state Occupational Therapy licensure.
• Eligible for (or willing to obtain) a VisaScreen Certificate, if required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, mobility, and functional independence.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
