Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a People Operations Advisor for the US to deliver high‑quality HR operations across the US region, partnering with the US People Lead and Sequoia One for payroll and benefits.

You’ll manage onboarding, lifecycle changes, HRIS updates, and payroll inputs while ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience across a distributed US workforce. The role collaborates with global teams to maintain consistent processes and supports visa and mobility needs with Global Mobility.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in People/HR operations in the US.
• Experience managing onboarding, lifecycle processes, and HR systems.
• Experience supporting benefits administration and working with vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and process management capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding processes, contracts, background checks, and documentation.
• Maintain employee lifecycle changes, promotions, and leavers.
• Support payroll inputs and benefits administration through Sequoia One.
• Provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and workflows.
• Partner with Global Mobility on visa and immigration processes.
