Job summary

Scale Computing is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to lead and optimize our global People processes across the employee lifecycle.

This hands-on role will drive onboarding, changes, leaves, promotions, and offboarding while leveraging AI, automation, and data to improve speed, accuracy, and the employee experience.

You'll partner with Finance, IT, and benefits teams, scale our Paylocity usage, and build scalable workflows that support a fast-moving business across countries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Operations or related field.
• Strong HRIS & data-driven decision making experience.
• Experience supporting global/multi-country workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve key People processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Serve as a senior resource for employees and managers on People processes and programs.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Compliance, Policies, and Employee Programs.
• Help standardize People practices across the global organization while accounting for local requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and develop practical solutions.
• Create scalable processes that improve speed, accuracy, and employee experience.
• Maximize Paylocity and broader People technology ecosystem.
• Maintain data quality and operational discipline across People systems.
• Partner with Finance, IT, payroll providers and vendors on integrations and improvements.
• Continuously evaluate how technology can improve People Operations.
