Qualifications

• Six years of relevant payroll experience or equivalent education.
• Familiar with payroll calculation and processing practices.
• Experience with Workday, ADP, or other HCM/payroll systems.
• Professional designation such as Certified Payroll Professional preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Data analysis and complex calculations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities associated with regular execution of payrolls, including input validation and error resolution.
• Communicate payroll kick-off and approval processing milestones.
• Validate and balance payroll; process changes to correct errors or provide updates.
• Distribute required reports to stakeholders during and after payroll.
• Process complex payroll changes (sales bonuses, leaves, severance, etc.).
• Process off-cycle payroll requests.
• Collect payroll claims, overpayments, and repayments with HR, Legal, and Payroll teams.
• Implement and follow audit processes for Sarbanes-Oxley and audits.
• Record RCM and validation activities in corporate systems.
• Coordinate with vendor, Digital, Finance, and other teams for tech integrations.
• Respond to Tier 3 inquiries from the HR Service Center.
• Serve as backup for other team members.
