Job summary

Crafted Staff is seeking an HR Compliance Analyst in Tampa to ensure compliance with workforce laws and manage HR audits. This role is essential for supporting payroll compliance and employee relations initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR operations, payroll compliance, employee relations, or HR generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, retail, or high-volume workforce environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, wage and hour laws, I-9 compliance, and E-Verify.
• Conduct HR audits involving employee records, payroll practices, and policy compliance.
• Support employee relations investigations and workplace compliance initiatives.
