Job summary

Carv is seeking an inaugural US-based intern to establish Park City operations and support North American customers across Membership & Sales, Product, and Logistics. You will collaborate with London and Innsbruck teams, bringing a North American perspective to customer experience.

The role runs Oct 2026–Apr 2027, requires five days per week in the Park City office, around 37.5 hours weekly, with some evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple channels and inquiries with clarity and empathy.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Willingness to work US time-zone hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to customer queries across Carv channels.
• Handle billing questions, product questions, and general concerns from customers.
• Collaborate with a global intern team to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments during rotations.
• Provide member insights to the Product team to influence day-one decisions.
• Help establish and document processes for the Park City office.
• Act as a cultural ambassador for Carv in the US.
