Job summary

Ski Butlers is seeking an In-House Ski Technician + Valet Attendant for the Waldorf Astoria Park City operation. You will welcome guests, help with boot fittings, store and retrieve equipment, and provide ski/snowboard rentals, working side by side with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role is seasonal and on-site during Winter 2026-27 with weekend and holiday shifts. Prior experience is not required, and a strong focus on service and teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, teamwork, and warm, personalized service in every interaction.
• Expect weekend and holiday work.
• Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts.
• No previous experience required!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a seamless, personalized experience that reflects Ski Butlers and the hotel standards.
• Prepare and retrieve equipment within promised timeframes.
• Set clear expectations around the entire scope of service.
• Tag, store, organize, and retrieve guest-owned and rented equipment.
• Assist guests with putting on and removing ski boots.
• Coordinate with hotel teams (concierge, bell, front desk, transportation).
• Book, pack, and fit rental orders; deliver rentals.
• On-mountain support for equipment changes.
• Return equipment, ensure sanitization and restocking.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Basic ski/snowboard tuning and waxing.
• Set up the next shift and future team members for success.
• Snow removal.
• Restock amenities.
