Hours: M-F 6am-4:30pm

Your Role:
We seek a highly driven self-starter who takes pride in delivering high-quality products by adhering to procedures and standards. The Packaging Operator will perform tasks including receiving materials, packaging, warehousing, and shipping. Responsibilities include:

1. Document activities and maintain a clean facility
2. Unload, inspect, and label materials from delivery vehicles
3. Conduct material identification testing and generate reports
4. Move materials using electric tow motors and pallet jacks
5. Label and record using approved templates
6. Portion chemicals precisely following SOPs and batch instructions
7. Sample products for QC testing
8. Clean and label finished containers
9. Inspect materials and products, conduct room clearances
10. Box, palletize, and wrap finished goods
11. Load delivery vehicles with pallets
12. Complete documentation following GDP and ALCOA principles
13. Perform SAP transactions as required
14. Report deviations and assist in root cause analysis
15. Manage inventory of supplies and PPE
16. Participate in safety culture, identify hazards, and suggest improvements
17. Complete electronic training within designated time
18. Maintain a positive attitude and accept feedback
19. Assist in process, safety, quality, and 5S improvements
20. Keep work area organized and clean
21. Follow OSHA standards and workplace regulations
22. Adhere to PPE requirements
23. Demonstrate professional behavior with staff and visitors
24. Follow GMP/ISO standards as applicable
25. Seek guidance from supervisors as needed
