Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking an Operations Specialist to ensure products flow smoothly in the store by maintaining availability, completing inventory tasks, and supporting preservation standards. You will deliver products to customers and team members, while applying product expertise to offer recommendations that enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities include inventory receiving, fulfillment, and restocking, plus staying updated on process changes.

• Use communication and training resources to keep up to date with inventory process changes.
• Perform demo and restocking tasks to support technology and merchandising priorities.
• Support the Operations Lead with the implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• You should:
• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
• Be able to lift and carry product to various locations within and nearby the store.
