Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist for Apple Retail. You ensure product availability, complete inventory tasks, and assist with delivering products to customers and team members, supporting an exceptional customer experience.

You will help implement and maintain preservation standards while staying current with process changes, and contribute to an inclusive team environment. The role emphasizes customer focus, attention to detail, teamwork, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Perform demo and restocking tasks to support technology and merchandising priorities.
• Support the Operations Lead with the implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• You should:
• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $23.00 and $30.59/hr, and most new hires start at $23.00. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
