Job summary

Gables Search Group in Lorain, OH is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the U.S. business including manufacturing operations, central warehouse, finance, and support functions.

You will lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while guiding continuous improvement across production, warehousing, logistics, maintenance, QHSE, and admin support.
