Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business/operations management
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, warehousing, logistics and QA/QHSE processes
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and people management skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance and financial controls

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, maintenance, and support functions to meet targets
• Develop and execute annual operational plans aligned with corporate strategy
• Monitor KPIs and drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting and financial reporting for U.S. operations
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports across Operations and Finance
• Ensure customer service levels and SLAs are achieved
• Promote OSHA/compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
• Participate in Local Management Team and drive organizational change

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, supply chain or related fields

Knowledge of and experience organizing effective business operations in a commercial environment
