Job summary

Hive is expanding its US operations and seeking an Operations Manager to run the live customer operations in the United States, including building and leading the Texas operator team. You will own day-to-day performance, safety, quality and customer service, with a focus on scaling operations and developing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial, field, logistics or service operations.
• Experience leading shift-based operational teams.
• Demonstrated people leadership including recruiting, onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Strong operational planning and execution skills.
• Comfortable owning real-world operations where uptime and customer experience matter.

Responsibilities

• Own Live Customer Operations and monitor KPIs, service quality and uptime.
• Build and lead the US operator team in Texas; recruit, onboard and develop operators.
• Establish standards, procedures and a scalable management system for operations.
• Support early US deployments with deployment, engineering and service teams.
• Create structured handover from Deployment into Operations and ensure safety and quality.
