Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services in Odessa, TX is seeking an Equipment Operator to support PSL equipment transport and on-site operations under supervision.

You will perform proppant handling, rig-up, tanks measurement, inspections, and preventative maintenance; training follows the company's learning development system. The role requires a High School diploma and Class A CDL, with ability to lift heavy loads and work long hours in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Class A CDL license.
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Delivers PSL equipment to wellsite under supervision.
• Provides proppant handling, manifolding rig-up and tanks measurement during the job.
• Performs pre/post job equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Learns basic operations and adheres to HSE procedures and safety protocols.
• Assists in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
• Assists in clean-up and preparation for the next job.
• Promotes safety and environmental consciousness and participates in quality improvements.
• Completes required training following the learning development system.

Job Duties and Qualifications

Depending on the job location, lodging, and rotating schedule may beprovided.

Under supervision, delivers Product Service Line (PSL) equipment towellsite

Provides proppanthandling services, manifolding rig-up and tanks measurement during thejob

Learns basic operations to include but not limited to:

Performing pre/post job equipment inspections

Performing and completing preventative maintenance procedures

Learn and adheres to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and guidelines, and other appropriate safety and service quality protocols andguidelines

Assists in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation andservice

Assists in the clean-up, repair, and preparation for the nextjob

Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures andregulations

Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvementprocesses

Completes training as required following the Company's learning development system andprocesses

Requirements:

• Must have High school diploma or equivalenteducation
• Must have 3-6 months experience as Operator Assistant I –Frac/Acid or 1 year of related work experience in oilfieldservices

Must be able to obtain Class A CDL licensure

Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges

Completion of Operator Assistant I –Frac/Acid competencies, or similar level of competence from previous industry experience

Able to lift 60 lbs.

Able to communicate effectively withothers

Able to pass background, physical and drugscreen

Able to understand and carry out routine oral and writteninstructions

Able to perform basic mathematicalcalculations

Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, longwork days, and/or irregular work hours, be on-call with short notice and exposed to extreme weatherconditions
