Halliburton in Odessa, Texas is seeking experienced field personnel to perform equipment rig up and rig down on location and to prepare equipment for jobs. You will ensure customer satisfaction and operate high‑pressure pumps and blenders safely in accordance with job design and KPIs.

The role requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent and a Class A CDL, plus a clean driving record. You must be willing to work day or night shifts and participate in competency programs for skill

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Class A CDL license is required.
• A clean driving record with no DWI/DUI in the past three years is required.
• Completion of Service Operator I/II or equivalent competency is required depending on the position.

Responsabilités

• Rig up and rig down on location and prepare equipment for job execution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Operate safely with service equipment, including high-pressure pumps and/or blenders.
• Perform necessary calculations and data collection at the well site.
• Coordinate clean-up and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work day or night shifts as needed.

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, performs equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepares equipment for performing a job.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Responsible for safe operations of service equipment, including but not limited to: DME, high pressure pumps, and/or blenders during the delivery of services in accordance with the customer's job design and KPIs.
• Performs necessary calculations at the well site as needed.
• Performs data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed.
• Coordinates the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
• Utilizes competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.
• Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards.
• Promotes and contributes to safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
• Promotes and takes an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes.
• Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
• Must be able to work both day and night shifts.

Requirements

• Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Class A CDL licensure
• Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges
• Completion of Operator Assistant II, Completion of a Service Operator I, and or The Completion of the Service Operator II - Frac/Acid competencies depending on the position qualified for, or similar level of competence from previous industry experience.
