This role offers direct-hire employment across hospitals, rehab centers, and clinics, with sign-on and relocation bonuses to help your transition. As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore independence and daily function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Canadian OT registration/licensure; eligible for U.S. licensure.
• Willing to pursue U.S. licensure and TN visa process.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients' occupational therapy needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support functional independence.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Document progress and maintain clinical records.
