Sanofi in the US seeks a senior medical leader to head the One Rare initiative from Cambridge or Morristown. You will build and execute medical strategy across Rare Disease and Rare Blood Disorders, directing home-office and field teams, and engaging with global medical partners to deliver value for patients and healthcare systems.

You will lead talent, budget, and stakeholder engagement, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while partnering with patient

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (MD/PhD/PharmD).
• 15+ years in Medical or related areas, with at least 7 years leading a medical function.
• 10+ years leading high-performing teams and talent development.
• Experience in Rare Disease and/or Rare Blood Disorders required.
• Proven track record in medical strategy development and execution.
• Strong KOL network development and regional engagement.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations and cross-department collaboration.
• Excellent ethics, regulatory and safety handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide inspirational leadership to One Rare US Medical team and drive performance.
• Lead development and execution of medical brand strategy for One Rare portfolio.
• Own and manage the One Rare US medical budget.
• Engage key opinion leaders and external audiences across the franchise.
• Collaborate with Patient Advocacy to align patient voice with medical strategy.
• Steer data-driven evidence generation and AI-enabled real-world outcomes.
• Oversee training, education events and payer-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
