Sanofi US seeks a US Head Medical Lead for One Rare to steer medical strategies across Rare Disease and Rare Blood Disorders. You will lead home-office and field medical teams, collaborate with Global Medical, and oversee stakeholder engagement.

You will drive talent development, budget accountability, and evidence generation aligned with data-driven strategies. Travel up to 50% to engage with HCPs, thought leaders, and patient groups.

Formación

• Advanced scientific degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) required.
• 15+ years in medical leadership, including 7+ years leading teams.
• Experience in Rare Disease/RBD is required.
• Proven track record building and maintaining a KOL network.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Strong ethics and regulatory compliance experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the US One Rare medical team and talent development.
• Develop, execute, and monitor medical brand strategy and budgets.
• Own and manage the One Rare US medical budget.
• Engage with key opinion leaders and external audiences.
• Partner with Patient Advocacy and cross-functional teams on strategy.
• Support data-driven, AI-enabled evidence generation and outcomes.
• Oversee training, education events, and regulatory content review.
• Travel up to 50% for conferences and meetings.
