Harmattan AI seeks a Head of Marketing, US to build and lead the marketing function from the ground up in the United States. You will align with the global strategy while tailoring positioning for U.S. defense audiences, and drive product marketing, events, and employer branding for the Austin operation.

The role requires a credible track record in defense marketing, a hands-on operator mindset, and the ability to recruit and scale a fast-moving team in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience building or scaling marketing at a U.S. defense tech, aerospace, autonomy, or national security company.
• Experience in a high-growth defense technology environment is strongly preferred.
• Deep fluency in the U.S. national security ecosystem and credible defense communications.
• Proven ability to market sophisticated technology with precise messaging, avoiding buzzwords.
• Track record across product marketing, executive communications, events, thought leadership, and sales enablement.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the U.S. marketing strategy and 12-month calendar aligned with global marketing.
• Adapt messaging architecture for U.S. audiences across company, product, and mission levels.
• Own U.S. brand activation and product portfolio positioning.
• Lead the creation of U.S. collateral and enablement materials for BD, capture, and customer engagements.
• Translate complex tech capabilities into clear, credible messaging for defense and acquisition audiences.
• Direct photo/video capture at demonstrations to support visual storytelling.
• Own U.S. PR and earned-media strategy with defense media and analysts.
