Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience in procurement or related field.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional sourcing or commercial projects.
- Strong negotiation capabilities in regulated environments.
- Fluent in English; US healthcare knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement US procurement category strategy for Patient Programs and Market Access.
- Own strategic category initiatives across the United States and ensure value realization.
- Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers and manage contracts and service levels.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive cost savings and continuous improvement.
