Job summary

Biogen, Inc. in Cambridge, MA, seeks a US Lifecycle Management Lead with senior IC responsibilities to govern end-to-end launches and lifecycle events, ensuring supply, quality, regulatory alignment and commercial readiness.

You will lead early launch activities, work with Asset Leaders, manage risk, enable data-driven decisions, and drive improvements in launch standards within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in pharma/biotech supply chain.
• Master's degree may supplement equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in launches, lifecycle management and regulated supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve US launch governance and readiness for new franchises.
• Lead stage-gate criteria, endorsements, and readiness assessments.
• Provide portfolio oversight of US launches and lifecycle events.
• Facilitate strategic tradeoffs across timing, scope, supply, and SKU strategy.
• Design and support complex launch supply and flow-of-goods solutions.
• Define pre-approval and managed access supply strategies.
• Identify launch risks early and drive mitigation and contingency planning.
• Deliver executive-ready insights on launch readiness, risks, and milestones.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of launch excellence tools and KPIs.
