Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished US IT Bench Marketing Recruiter with demonstrated success in marketing and placing IT consultants while developing strategic vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate will combine technical recruitment expertise with exceptional business development skills to build and maintain robust vendor networks that drive placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a high-quality vendor list while cultivating strategic prime vendor relationships to secure exclusive requirements
Proactively market bench consultants across all visa categories (H1B, EAD, GC, USC) and technology stacks
Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with vendors to gain priority access to job requirements
Implement a systematic vendor management approach to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Leverage vendor relationships to quickly identify and fill positions with qualified bench consultants
Conduct regular business reviews with key vendors to strengthen partnerships and increase deal flow
Negotiate favorable terms with vendors while maintaining strong rapport and mutual benefit
Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, requirements, and placement history
Vendor Development & Management:
Build and continuously expand a network of reliable vendor partners
Identify and onboard prime vendors with high-volume staffing needs
Develop strategic account plans for top vendor relationships
Monitor vendor performance and implement improvement initiatives
Resolve any vendor concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships
Required Qualifications:
4-5 years of specialized US IT bench marketing recruitment experience
Proven success in building vendor networks and closing deals through prime vendors
Established track record of placements across all visa categories
Exceptional relationship management and business development skills
Strong understanding of vendor management best practices
