Job description

· 4+ years of US IT Recruitment experience is required.

· Should have good experience with US IT Recruitment and Bench Sales.

· Must be willing to work in night shifts.

· Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.

· Knowledge about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.

· Must have sound knowledge on IT and technical concepts.

· Strong understanding of technical requirements.

· Must have experience in the full life cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, and all responsibilities till candidate joins).

· Ability to work as a good team player, maintaining & building the candidate database.

· Qualified candidate should have a good understanding of the US staffing hiring process (for contract & full-time positions).

· Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like head hunting, cold calling, networking sites, referrals, and other internet-based recruiting tools.

· Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.

· Must have experience working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.

· Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent.

Salary: ₹14,579.93 – ₹57,024.78 per month.
