Job summary

Innovent Biologics is seeking an overseas IR representative based in the U.S. to drive investor engagement and visibility in US capital markets.

The role will build relationships with U.S./global investors, shape and deliver the company’s equity story, and support strategic financing activities to help Innovent grow into a global biopharmaceutical company by 2030. You will co-develop with HQ IR the global investment narrative, lead U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IR or biotech/pharma finance experience.
• Experience engaging U.S. institutional investors and healthcare analysts.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop with HQ IR a global investment narrative and valuation framework for international investors.
• Lead investor coverage in the U.S.; deepen overseas investor relationships.
• Expand and maintain overseas analyst coverage and drive education and information flow.
• Plan overseas IR activities (roadshows, investor/analyst events) around milestones.
• Support overseas corporate branding with PR and collaborate with R&D/Medical teams.
