Key Qualifications

• Must have Clearance experience
• High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred
• Experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing shipments an asset
• CCS designation is an asset
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
• An eye for detail is critical for success in the role
• A proactive problem-solving mindset

Description of Role

• As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including US Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international imports are cleared for entry into the US.
• Use multiple computer programs to input required information into our database.
• Communicate with clients and transportation carriers via email and phone.
• Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies.
