Job summary

Vialto Law is seeking a U.S. Immigration Attorney to advise corporate clients, develop immigration strategies, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. You will prepare and file employment-based visa petitions and provide strategic guidance to impacted employees and employers.

You will collaborate with U.S. attorneys and Business Immigration Analysts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, leveraging technology to increase efficiency and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the United States (any state or DC).
• 2+ years of business immigration experience (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM).
• Ability to advise corporate clients and develop immigration strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration with attorneys and analysts.

Your Role & Impact

As a U.S. Immigration Attorney, You Will

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
• Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
• Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.
• Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.
• Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing Vialto Law's commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bar Admission: Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• Experience: 2+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications.
