Job summary

Vialto Law seeks an experienced Immigration Attorney to advise corporate clients on employment-based immigration matters and strategy, helping employees and families achieve compliant immigration success.

You will work with U.S. attorneys and analysts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while leveraging technology to improve client outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bar admission required in any U.S. state or DC.
• 2+ years of business immigration experience (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM).
• Interest in digital upskilling and legal tech.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, etc.).

As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a critical role in advising corporate clients, developing immigration strategies, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Your work will impact businesses, employees, and their families, helping them achieve immigration success with efficiency, empathy, and precision.

Your Role & Impact

As a U.S. Immigration Attorney, You Will

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
• Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
• Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.
• Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.
• Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing Vialto Law’s commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bar Admission: Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• Experience: 2+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications.
