We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Project Manager to support our client’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a 9-month remote contract. This role is ideal for someone at the entry point of their project management career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks, and can manage operational workflows with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition operations through a variety of ongoing tasks and ad hoc projects
• Draft and edit meeting decks, team communications, and other documentation as needed
• Manage and triage the TA team’s Zendesk ticket queue, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate and execute repeatable processes and administrative tasks to keep TA operations running smoothly
• Engage with internal stakeholders, communicating clearly and professionally
• Proactively identify areas of need or opportunity within the team and take initiative to support them
• Exhaust available resources to problem-solve before escalating questions
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or project management support role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working across a variety of topic areas and shifting priorities
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Assistant) is a plus but not required
• Experience with tools like Zendesk, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office preferred
  
  

Pay Range

• The pay range for this role is $ 3 5 .00 to $4 5 .00 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
