Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Manager of US Healthcare Regional Compliance to serve as a trusted Compliance advisor and operations lead within Edwards' Ethics & Compliance program, guiding US activities involving healthcare professionals and organizations.

This role partners with business and cross-functional teams to promote integrity, update policies and training, conduct live trainings, monitor activities, and ensure adherence to AdvaMed/PhRMA codes and applicable laws, with a hybrid

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field with 10 years healthcare compliance experience or equivalent.
Master's Degree or equivalent with 8 years experience in healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

Drive and ensure a high integrity culture by serving as a compliance partner on US business initiatives, including counseling and policy guidance.
Oversee end-to-end review and approval of US HCP/HCO activities ensuring alignment with policies and laws (e.g., AdvaMed).
Update US Compliance policies, guidance, and training resources for internal stakeholders and roll-out resources.
Conduct live US Compliance trainings to varied audiences and answer questions during presentations.
Assist and support US Risk Assessments, Investigations, and Monitoring of business activity and track progress of corrective actions.
Participate in business meetings and committees, analyze, track, and report key Compliance metrics.
