Job summary

Dust is redefining how work gets done with AI-powered agents and an AI-first Customer Success model. We are building a US-based CS organization that identifies high-value opportunities, embeds agents into workflows, and proves measurable impact for strategic customers.

You will recruit and develop talent, shape our US approach, and implement scalable practices to deliver outcomes at dust-scale. Initially, you’ll own a focused portfolio of strategic customers, establishing relationships with

Qualifications

• At least 5 years leading Customer Success or post-sales teams in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to translate customer value into measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence beyond direct reporting lines across functions and regions.
• Ability to articulate how AI agents fit into customer workflows with technical collaborators.
• Active use of AI to improve team performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the US Customer Success motion, including segmentation and engagement levels.
• Manage a focused portfolio of strategic accounts and steadily transfer ownership as the team grows.
• Shape an AI-first CS model, define success metrics, and demonstrate value at scale.
• Build and develop the US CS team through clear goals, reviews, and coaching.
• Coordinate with Sales, Deployment Strategists, Solutions Engineers, and Product on post-sales delivery.
