Job summary

Powertech Labs is seeking a Head of Power System Studies for its US-based consulting team to drive business growth through technical leadership and customer engagement. The successful candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in power system modeling, expertise in sales and business development, and a strong background in managing project teams. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required. This full-time position offers a remote or hybrid work option in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in power system modeling and studies.
• Expertise in generator/load interconnection, system impact studies, and power system planning.
• Demonstrated experience in leading project teams to deliver complex power system study projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a highly skilled consulting team.
• Drive sales initiatives and manage customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee the financial and operational performance of the team.
