• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Strong background in power system studies, grid integration or power systems consulting.
• Proven ability to win work and grow a business line.
• Established US market network.

Responsibilities

• Define the US strategy for Power System Studies.
• Develop senior client relationships across utilities, developers, EPCs and OEMs.
• Lead market entry and expansion, including partnerships and priority regions.
• Build the US team over time, supported by an established international delivery platform.
• Oversee proposals, pricing and contract negotiations.
