HYH America Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented Food Regulatory Affairs Specialist to oversee regulatory compliance for our US food and beverage portfolio.

You will manage FDA labeling, GRAS determinations, FSVP supplier verification, and third‑party certifications, collaborating with HQ, US operations, co-packers, and supply chain partners. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Irvine, CA, requiring English and Korean fluency and experience with FSMA/FSVP, packaging materials, and state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Regulatory Affairs or Food Compliance in US food/beverage industry.
• Fluent English and Korean for liaison with overseas HQ and US partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FDA labeling compliance including Nutrition Facts Panels and ingredient statements.
• Ensure compliance with FALCPA/FASTER Act allergen requirements and packaging claims.
• Coordinate third‑party certifications (Non‑GMO, Gluten‑Free, Organic, Kosher/Halal).
• Support FSMA/FSVP programs and supplier verification with documentation and audits.
