Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Lead to own and scale the U.S. field marketing motion in close partnership with Sales.

You will build on flagship events, partnerships, and account priorities to create a scalable, high-impact field marketing program across North America. Design and execute programs that accelerate enterprise pipeline, support long enterprise sales cycles, and strengthen Neural Concept’s positioning with engineering leaders and executives.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, revenue marketing, or demand generation in enterprise or complex sales environments.
• Proven track record of working with Sales on pipeline-driven initiatives.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing executive-level events, ABM programs, and field activations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the U.S. field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing priorities and U.S. sales objectives.
• Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account expansion for priority enterprise accounts.
• Plan and deliver high-impact field programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, flagship conferences, and selective trade events.
• Execute account-based marketing programs for top-tier accounts.
• Create joint field programs with strategic technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Microsoft)
• Own programs end-to-end from concept and budgeting to execution, follow-up, and measurement.
• Track and report performance using pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact.
• Act as the voice of the U.S. market, sharing insights with marketing and leadership teams.
