WNC Corporation is a leading wireless broadband company seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader to manage our U.S. plant.

You will oversee manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer satisfaction while driving cost competitiveness and on-time delivery. The role requires 20+ years in manufacturing with 10+ years in plant management, experience in EMS or high-volume production, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Competenze

• Over 20 years in manufacturing with leadership at plant level.
• 10+ years in factory management (Plant Manager/Operations Director) with cross-site/global experience.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS) or high-volume production environments preferred.
• Proven overseas assignments and leadership of multicultural teams.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; ability to communicate with global senior executives.

Mansioni

• Oversee U.S. plant operations across manufacturing, SMT, assembly, testing, engineering, quality, and supply chain.
• Lead capacity expansion, new factory setup, and ramp-up for mass production.
• Drive OPEX initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost competitiveness.
• Coordinate supply chain, materials, and production scheduling to support NPI, ramp-up, and mass production shipping.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers on production, lead times, and shipping; manage visits and escalations.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and governance across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Drive cross-site collaboration and 1–3 year manufacturing strategy with global facilities.
• Build a culture of integrity and accountability in the U.S. operations.
