Job Overview

The AI Program Manager is responsible for driving construction-focused AI initiatives that improve project outcomes across safety, quality, cost, and schedule. The role connects business and technical teams to identify high-impact opportunities, guide implementation, and ensure solutions are successfully adopted.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of AI supported initiatives supporting construction from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Partner with construction, engineering, operations, and technical teams to define and prioritize AI use cases.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
• Establish governance for scope, risk, organizational change, and executive reporting.
• Drive adoption through pilots and training while promoting responsible AI practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, construction, operations, or technology delivery.
• 2+ years of experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as BIM, project controls, scheduling, ERP, or EHS platforms.
• Experience with use cases like predictive scheduling, cost forecasting, safety analytics, or document intelligence.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification and success driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Compensation

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $107,000.00 - $193,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
