Location: Anywhere in the USA, Caribbean, UK, Crown dependencies, Europe, or East Asia.

Experience: From Trainee/entry-level to senior roles, including Senior Manager, Director, and Partner.

General Requirements by Role: Proven experience in public accounting, corporate tax departments, or top law firms. Prior experience in a top tax firm or Big 4. Strong knowledge of complex tax compliance, provision work, or advisory services. Specializations such as corporate, partnership, international, private client, M&A, digital assets, Transferee, etc., are preferred. Exposure to SALT, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, IRS controversy, or FATCA is a plus. CPA qualification is preferred; EA, MST, LL.M in Tax are valued. Experience in Tax Technology and managing/mentoring staff is also welcome. Familiarity with tax planning, entity structuring, and M&A tax due diligence offshore structures is advantageous.
