Job summary

DRW is seeking a US Equity Index Trader to join the US Options Trading team in Chicago. You will actively trade US index and equity options, manage positions and risk, and analyze market flows and volatility to capture opportunities.

The role requires a proven track record in index options trading, strong risk controls, and the ability to work both systematically and discretionary under pressure. Collaborate with researchers and developers to enhance trading systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Index Options Trader in US markets or similar equity derivatives.
• Strong trading performance record with disciplined risk management.
• Deep understanding of options theory, volatility, and market microstructure.
• Able to trade both systematic and discretionary strategies when required.

Responsibilities
