Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in compliance, licensing, or regulatory affairs in financial services or digital assets.
• Experience translating regulatory positions into guidance, content, and playbooks.
• Strong network with US regulators and industry associations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for policy briefings and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to prospects and customers across the commercial lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary SME on US AML/CFT and digital asset regulation.
• Develop regulatory thought leadership and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with product, revenue, and marketing to inform roadmaps.
• Represent Elliptic at industry forums and regulator engagements.
