McDonald’s seeks a Manager, U.S. Enterprise Communications to support the storytelling effort for the U.S. business and drive awareness of key priorities among senior audiences. Based in Chicago, IL, this role reports to the Director, U.S.

Enterprise Communications and is part of the U.S. Impact team. You will develop communications across internal and external audiences, align activities with national strategies, and craft materials to enable franchisees, employees and leaders to advocate the

Qualifications

• Deep communications expertise with internal and external experience.
• Natural storyteller with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Eye for business with understanding of franchisees, employees and company strategy.
• Strong advisory skills with credible advice to senior leaders.
• Self-starter with initiative, able to manage multiple projects in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for key U.S. business priorities.
• Align activities with global and U.S. national strategy and messaging.
• Create materials to empower franchisees, employees and leaders as ambassadors for the U.S. narrative.
• Support metrics and KPIs and leadership speaking engagements.
• Plan and execute System convenings and messages (Town Halls, webcasts).
• Advise business leaders on plans and messaging for short- and long-term priorities.
• Engage with Marketing, Operations, HR and others to drive understanding and action.
• Build and manage critical stakeholder relationships.
