Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an US eCommerce Content Associate to deliver best-in-class digital content across major retailer platforms. You will partner with brand managers, content teams, retailers, and agencies to create, optimize, and syndicate assets that drive informed online purchases.

You’ll manage content workflows, support launches, ensure accurate content syndication, and maintain high-quality digital shelf execution across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Has experience in eCommerce content management, digital shelf execution, content operations, or a related field.
• Brings strong project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Has experience partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams to develop and execute content initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brand managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute digital content strategies for launches and existing products.
• Manage content briefing, creation, review, and approval with agency partners and internal teams.
• Maintain and optimize product content, imagery, and digital assets across retailer platforms for accuracy and completeness.
