Magnum Ice Cream Company in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, seeks a US eCommerce Content Associate to deliver optimized digital content across major retailer platforms. You’ll partner with brand managers, content teams, retailers and agencies to create, review and syndicate assets that drive engagement and conversion.

You’ll manage content workflows, support launches, and ensure accurate, compliant content across the digital shelf while collaborating cross‑functionally to improve performance and shopper

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce content management and digital shelf execution.
• Ability to manage content operations and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong project management, organization and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute digital content strategies for innovation launches and existing products.
• Manage content briefing, creation, review and approval with agency partners and internal teams.
• Maintain and optimize product content, imagery, and digital assets across retailer platforms.
• Monitor content performance and apply insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Support content management systems and participate in migrations to future platforms.
• Collaborate across brand, sales, retailer, content and agency teams to deliver best‑in‑class eCommerce experiences.
